Our Story
Four Years
on the Road
Before Mommò had a home in Fishkill, it had wheels. Luca launched the Mommò Pizza truck in 2023, bringing wood-fired, Neapolitan-inspired pizza to weekly pop-ups, festivals, farms, breweries, and private gatherings across the Hudson Valley.
Most notably, the truck has spent the past four years as a regular fixture in Cold Spring at Vera’s Marketplace — building a loyal following one naturally fermented sourdough pie at a time, and laying the groundwork for what would become Mommò Pizza Shop.
The success of the truck, and the community it built along the way, is what made the leap to a brick-and-mortar shop in Fishkill possible.
